ThreatGrade provides website security scanning and assessment services. Our scans analyze publicly available information about websites including SSL certificates, HTTP headers, DNS records, and open ports.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only scan domains you own or have explicit authorization to assess
• Not use our services for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Not resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. Limitations

ThreatGrade performs non-intrusive, passive scans using publicly available information. Our scans do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or access protected systems. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer

ThreatGrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for your own security decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

ThreatGrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
